Nala Ventures & Investments is a hybrid VC and accelerator. They had developed an investment hypotheses about the HR technology market. Forestreet were asked to map out the entire sector to provide the data foundations for the targeting of investments.
We worked with the partners to iteratively to establish a market definition, building out from core HR applications into other connected areas. Within 2 weeks we had enriched data on 5,264 companies, tagged to 52 use-cases across the 41 top geographies for GDP. We matched investment data to company and category so that we could show historical movement and emerging trends.
