Statistics

The statistics feature gives you a ‘behind the scenes’ look at what is happening when you create a study; from the moment you select to identify a market for your chosen study, through to every subsequent pass while a study is being published.

You can find the statistics mode in the following areas:

Homepage

The ‘Study Data’ box contains the whole study data. This is available from the ‘Overflow Menu’ on the ‘Published Study’ cards. To see this information, go to the studies site and pick the study you created. Then, from the three-dot menu, click ‘Study Data’.

Here you can find a summary of your study, including the keywords and example companies you used, how many domains have been searched and the time it would have taken you to complete this search without Forestreet.

The study can also be divided into more detailed sections, such as breakdowns by pass and publishing data.

And you can copy this data to the clipboard and paste it into a word document to evaluate all of the study data at once.

Creating a new study

When you create a new study, a box called ‘Discovering Company’ will appear, which includes all of the research data and actions. When you are evaluating the domains, this box will appear on the discovery page. It will provide information such as how long it would have taken to search the websites if you had not used our AI technology.

You can also copy this data to the clipboard and paste it into a word document to evaluate all of the study data at once.

All consecutive passes after the first – 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc

When you run another pass, add search criteria to the study, or enhance the study, you will be able to watch the live study actions. This will appear as a notification in the top right corner of the discovery page.

Publishing Study

When you publish a study, a ‘Publishing Study’ box will appear where you will be able to see all of the study data and actions. This box can be closed to allow you to evaluate the study while it is being processed and will be presented again after the Enrichment process is complete.

You can also copy this data to the clipboard and paste it into a word document to evaluate all of the study data at once.

Market Explorer

The information and content in the ‘Study Data’ box will be the same as in the ‘Homepage Study Data’. You can get to it by clicking the three dots next to the export study button, and then selecting the ‘Study Data’ option.

When you click the ‘Study Data’ button, the following information will appear:

– Keywords/criteria (keywords, seed companies, and any advanced options selected).

– First, second, third, fourth, etc… pass details.

– Study duration and how long it took to produce the results at each phase, with comparisons to how long it would take an average human to perform that task (Forestreet vs human).

You can also copy this data to the clipboard and paste it into a word document to evaluate all of the study data at once.
